The Edmonds recipe challenge #7 – Lemon Meringue Pie.
I made this for a BBQ on Saturday night and got the thumbs up from everyone there. It looked good and tasted delicious! No one could believe it was my first ever attempt at making one.
I think i'll be adding this to my list of dessert recipe go-to's. Thanks Edmonds!
