jetsetting

A very last minute trip has been booked for six weeks time - Greece and Bavaria, I can't wait to meet you!

Ive been knitting peggy squares (is that what you call them?) for about 2 years now and finally have enough to make a blanket.
My mum knows an old lady who loves crocheting, so I thought I would give her the task of putting the blanket together for me (I dont think my crochet skills are quite up to scratch - its hard!). I am in love with the cross design of this throw and the scalloped edge is so sweet it makes me smile :)

gold dipped

hmmm... I wonder if I can set up a wedding gift registry with Anthropologie. I want, in fact I need, this gold dipped cutlery!! All I need are 6 people to buy me a set each...

This buffet set up is perfectly balanced and styled - great inspiration for my own wedding next summer :)

bookends

I am on the look out for some bookends and cant find anything to my taste. Any ideas where I can get some? Or do I need to put my DIY cap on?
These gold/onyx bookends are cool don't you think? I love a bit of bling.

I am on the search for a wedding ring and am really drawn to these rings by Barry Clarke at Fingers. An untraditional choice, but incredibly beautiful.

harlequin

These Harlequin portraits by one of my favorite illustrators, Kareena Zerefos, are beautiful yet haunting.

When I saw this recipe I realized it been soooo long since I've had fried rice that I can't even remember the last time I ate it.
I've got all the ingredients for this recipe so I'll be cooking it up one night this weekend. Yum!

I also want to try baking bread, so I'm on the hunt for a recipe. Any suggestions on where to look?

prized trophies

These amazing mounted Staghorn ferns are available to buy from Roses Florist.
If I wasn't renting, I would bang these up all over the place.
