Over the past 2 or so months Ive come to notice that buttons are such interesting little things that are, sadly, often over looked. Fabric & Pretty Things in Newmarket & Salvage on Mt Eden Rd have an amazing assortment of old & new buttons that I could spend hours rifling through.
Its nice to see these beautiful antique buttons made into brooches by interior designer 'little stella' on felt. What a lovely way to give an old item a new lease of life & the attention it deserves.
